Coordinate multiple projects without losing the site details.
Allen is our home base, and Collin County requests often involve a mix of residential work, construction, and private events. For a multi-site order, list each address and entrance separately, with its own equipment count, contact, service day, and pickup date. A single countywide quantity does not tell dispatch where each unit belongs.
Local service pages
Use the city page that matches your site, then confirm the full address with the rental team. Some listed cities extend across county lines.
Which authority should you check?
Municipal requirements still apply inside cities. Confirm the exact jurisdiction for a site close to a boundary rather than assuming that a county name establishes the permit process.
Compare rentals across sites fairly
Use the same unit type, dates, and service frequency when comparing totals. Separate initial delivery, recurring rental, extra servicing, and final removal. A quote for one address does not establish the price at another site, even within the same county.
Keep one clear contact for each location
Identify who approves placement, opens gates, reports service concerns, and requests pickup. For a project that moves between locations, ask for a revised arrangement before relocating equipment. For multiple events, confirm each date and site separately instead of assuming a standing countywide reservation.
