Guest comfort starts with the site plan.
A restroom trailer is useful when guests expect flushing restrooms, sinks, and a finished interior. A two-stall trailer in the customer calls included running water and air conditioning. The equipment list also identifies a four-station trailer option; these are different units and need separate quotes.
Confirm utilities for the assigned trailer
In the two-stall call example, the team asked about a hose connection and 110-volt power. That is a record of that particular quote, not a universal specification. Before booking, confirm the trailer’s voltage, amperage, number of circuits, water connection, hose or cable reach, and whether any independent supply options are available.
Ask for the overall dimensions including the tongue, steps, door swings, and any ramps. A parking-space measurement alone will not establish that the trailer can be delivered, opened, and serviced.
How the event price works
A historical two-stall event quote was $2,500, with delivery before the gathering and pickup afterward. The call does not establish a current Allen rate or all taxes and extras. Request a total for your actual dates, trailer, location, utilities, and cleaning needs.
Accessibility and delivery sequence
A trailer with steps is not an accessible restroom for every guest. Ask about an accessible trailer or a separate appropriate unit and a usable route. Deliver before event fencing, decor, and guest parking restrict access. Confirm lighting, stable ground, and where the service vehicle can reach the waste connection.
