Your written rental agreement
This page explains our confirmed cancellation policy and the details to settle before booking. Your written quote and rental agreement identify the equipment, site, dates, service, prices, and other terms that apply to your order. Submitting a website inquiry is not a reservation, payment, or confirmed rental.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled delivery to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery are nonrefundable.
If a payment was placed on hold when you reserved the unit, released funds may take a few days to appear in your account. Contact the rental team to confirm that your cancellation has been received.
Call (469) 326-5600 with your rental details and scheduled delivery time when requesting cancellation. If delivery timing is changing, ask the team to confirm which scheduled time applies before relying on the refund deadline.
Payment and reservation
Credit cards are accepted. Confirm the amount due, payment deadline, and whether a deposit or temporary authorization hold applies to your booking. No universal deposit amount is published on this website. Do not send card numbers or banking information through the quote form.
Rental periods, renewal, and extensions
Ongoing rentals commonly use 28-day billing periods. Your agreement should state the initial charge, recurring charge, and renewal date. Ask whether pickup must be requested to stop renewal and get the billing stop point confirmed. Request extensions before your planned end date; the same event price or original availability is not automatically guaranteed.
Delivery, changes, and weather
Delivery and servicing are scheduled between 8:00am and 6:00pm local time. Your delivery window is confirmed when scheduled. Weekend and holiday work needs advance arrangement and is subject to availability. Contact the team promptly about date changes, bad weather, access problems, or a revised placement location. Any revised price or refund treatment must be confirmed in writing.
Safe placement and access
The customer should arrange property or venue permission and provide accurate placement and access information. Keep gates and service routes accessible. Do not move, lift, modify, or connect equipment without coordinating with the rental team. Confirm any access-related charges before booking.
Damage, loss, and service problems
Report tipped, damaged, unusable, or missing equipment promptly and keep people away from an unsafe unit. Responsibility for damage or theft, any waiver, and repair or replacement charges must be stated in your rental agreement. This website does not publish a universal damage charge or automatically include a damage waiver.
Pickup and early collection
Arrange a collection date and leave equipment accessible. Ask whether early pickup changes the rental charge; do not assume it creates a refund. For an ongoing rental, confirm whether charges end on your requested date, the confirmed collection date, or another agreement-specific point.
