Our quote form asks for your name, phone number, optional email, delivery ZIP and location, rental dates, type of rental, preferred equipment, user or crew count, and any site notes you choose to enter. It also records your consent to be contacted about the request. Please do not include payment-card details, identification documents, gate codes, health information, or other sensitive information.
How a quote request is handled
When you submit the form, its fields are transmitted over HTTPS to Web3Forms, the form-delivery provider, to route your inquiry to the recipient configured for this website. Our rental team uses the information to respond, check equipment and scheduling, prepare a quote, and discuss requested service. Submission does not create a reservation or enroll you in a marketing subscription.
The website does not maintain its own customer database or store form fields in browser local storage. Inquiry records may remain with our communication providers and in business correspondence. We have not published a fixed retention period; contact us to ask about a particular inquiry or request deletion where applicable.
Technical data and service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel. Hosting, network, and form-service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and abuse-prevention data to deliver and protect the service. Cookies, planning tools, and Web Stories
We do not add advertising pixels, analytics cookies, or marketing trackers in this website’s code. The rental planner calculates results in your browser and does not send its inputs unless you submit a separate quote request. Web Stories load the AMP runtime from Google’s AMP CDN; those requests disclose technical connection information to that service. External websites have their own privacy practices.
Sharing and contact
Your inquiry is processed through the services needed to receive and respond to it. The form does not post your information publicly. Contact the rental team to ask about information associated with your inquiry, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw permission for further inquiry-related contact.
Children and payment details
The quote form is intended for people arranging rentals. Please have an adult responsible for the booking contact us. Payment information should be provided only through the payment process confirmed by the rental team, never through the website’s free-text fields.
