Large events need a layout as well as a quantity.
Share peak attendance, opening and closing times, food and drink plans, and a site map. Toilets at a distant entrance may not serve a busy performance area well. Distribute restroom groups so visitors can find them, while leaving access for the service vehicle.
A real customer request to learn from
One two-day festival caller requested approximately 12 toilets, 3 handwashing stations, and an additional service visit. A specialist needed to check inventory and quote the order. That is an example of a customer’s requested package, not a sizing rule for every festival.
Plan accessible facilities per cluster
The Access Board’s guide applies the accessible-unit calculation separately to each portable restroom cluster. Combining the accessible toilets in one distant location may not satisfy the arrangement needed elsewhere. Check the number, model, clearances, accessible route, and signage with the responsible event authority.
Schedule service before the crowd arrives
A two-day Allen gathering may need overnight or between-session work, but a requested time is not automatically guaranteed. Confirm crew availability, access gates, service windows, water replenishment, waste handling, and restocking before finalizing the event schedule. Keep volunteers and vendors informed about the service route.
For public-property events, check the City of Allen’s current event approval process. The rental quote does not itself grant permission to occupy a street, park, or sidewalk.
