The quick answer
Compare a self-contained deluxe unit with a restroom trailer using your venue’s available space, utilities, guest count, and accessibility needs. Schedule delivery before the event layout makes entry difficult, and confirm collection with the person who controls the site afterward.
Choose features, not a label
A “luxury” description does not tell you whether a unit has flushing, an internal sink, lighting, or climate control. The deluxe unit described in customer calls includes a flushable toilet, urinal, self-contained sink, soap, towels, and toilet paper. A trailer offers a different interior experience but may need utility connections and a larger setup area.
Ask the venue these questions first
For an Allen outdoor reception, ask which permanent restrooms will actually be open for your guests. Confirm the approved delivery entrance, placement, and available water and electrical connections. Check whether the venue imposes a removal deadline and whether another event will need the same area afterward.
Think through the walk at night
Place restrooms where guests can find them without walking through a catering work area or crossing vehicle traffic. For a reception that ends after sunset, plan adequate lighting along the entire route. Ask for a firm, stable approach and an appropriate accessible unit. A trailer with steps is not accessible to every guest.
Coordinate the vendor sequence
The restroom delivery may need to happen before a tent, dance floor, parked catering truck, or floral installation occupies the approach. Share the relevant part of the vendor schedule with the rental team. Confirm the arrival window rather than promising another vendor an exact time that has not been agreed.
Price the complete weekend
Some calls described Friday delivery and Monday pickup for weekend use. One historical two-stall trailer quote was $2,500, but that example is not a current Allen rate and does not establish every extra or tax. Ask for delivery, collection, utilities, service, supplies, and any attendant or additional equipment as clear line items.
Keep the cancellation rule with your planning notes
Cancellations more than 24 hours before scheduled delivery qualify for a full refund; cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable. A released payment hold may take a few days to appear in your account. See the full rental terms and contact the team promptly when plans change.
