Make sanitation part of the work plan.
A maintenance crew, outdoor contractor group, or facility expansion needs restrooms that stay accessible throughout the job. Share each shift’s peak headcount, operating hours, existing facilities, and any separated work zones. Confirm whether standard units, handwashing, or a trailer best fits the work.
Give dispatch the access requirements early
For a controlled Allen facility, explain gate procedures, escort needs, check-in locations, safety orientation, and the delivery contact. Any requested credentials or insurance documents should be confirmed before the visit. Do not assume a truck can enter solely because the order has been placed.
Keep the service route available
Choose a location that can be reached during the agreed service hours without crossing active work or blocking fire access. Loading, temporary storage, and contractor parking can change access after delivery. Notify the team before moving a unit or changing the planned service location.
Quote the entire project
Include rental periods, routine service, additional visits, supplies, delivery, and final removal. If a shutdown runs longer, request an extension before pickup. Ask specifically about holding tanks, temporary water, or other sanitation equipment when required; specialist equipment and configurations remain subject to confirmation.
