A rental plan that can continue with the project.
For ongoing needs, customer calls commonly described recurring 28-day periods with weekly cleaning. A 28-day period renews every four weeks and does not always land on the same date of the next month. Ask for the initial total, the recurring total, and any final removal fee as separate line items.
Service frequency follows usage
A lightly used property in one call received a custom once-monthly cleaning quote. That exception should not be treated as the default for an active construction site. Warm weather, additional workers, longer shifts, or unexpected public use can make a different schedule necessary.
What changes the total?
Extra service, moving a unit, a change of delivery address, access problems, or additional equipment may change your charges. Request written approval for any revised scope. A recurring rental should identify which supplies are replenished and how to report an issue between visits.
Finish the rental deliberately
Contact the team when the project is ending and ask them to confirm the pickup date and billing stop point. Do not assume that the crew leaving the site cancels the rental. Keep the gate unlocked or provide the agreed access arrangement through collection.
For an Allen home project, describe driveway work or fencing changes early so the service truck can continue reaching the unit. Read our rental terms and cancellation policy before booking.
