A portable toilet and RV pump-out are different services.
A freestanding unit provides a restroom outside your vehicle. An RV waste-tank pump-out removes waste from the vehicle’s existing tank. Tell us which task you need so the quote specifies the correct equipment or service. Availability, connection requirements, and the service location need confirmation.
Plan for an occasional-use property
One customer with a lightly used property received a historical quote of $272 for the first month, including $73 delivery, followed by $199 per month with once-monthly cleaning. It was a custom arrangement, not the default for campers or current Allen pricing. In that call, weekly cleaning was recommended during hotter months.
Check permissions and ground access
Confirm that the property owner or campground allows the placement. Give the team the actual access route, gate arrangement, and a stable location reachable by service vehicles. A vehicle that can reach a campsite does not establish that a delivery or pumping truck can reach it safely.
Water, washing, and pickup
A basic standard toilet does not need a water or electrical hookup. Request a handwashing station or sink-equipped unit if you want soap-and-water access. Schedule service for the way the property is actually used and contact the team to confirm collection when the stay ends.
