A deluxe single portable toilet and a multi-stall trailer are different equipment types. Request the model’s current photos and included amenities rather than relying only on a product label.

A deluxe flushable unit can provide an internal sink using its own water supply. A restroom trailer can offer a finished interior and climate-controlled space, but the assigned trailer needs confirmed water, power, and a suitable setup footprint.
Match the venue and guest route
For an Allen corporate gathering or outdoor reception, keep the walk from the event clear and suitably lighted. Check whether the proposed trailer has steps and arrange an appropriate accessible option. Describe tent placement, catering vehicles, and guest parking so the delivery plan remains workable.
Build a complete premium quote
Ask for the equipment type, stall count, arrival window, utility requirements, cleaning plan, supplies, and collection. If you need an attendant, extra service, or independent water or power, request it explicitly and confirm availability. These are not automatically included with a “VIP” rental.
